LITup is an extension of its founder’s, Ximena Jiménez, series of endeavors in the Top-Management consulting arena.
Ximena started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she focused mainly on strategy and organizational performance efforts. Ximena then started her own strategy consulting boutique, LITup, serving clients in Chile and Latin America, where she developed her unique consulting and thought partnership approach.
Ximena then expanded her breath of services by creating one of Latin- and Hispanic-America’s first network of independent consultants and experts, to strengthen LITup’s value added to the ever-evolving companies’ needs.
