LITup was born to help medium size companies and small businesses achieve their highest potential, by bringing them closer to world class management advisory and expertise. We believe these companies hold the key to the continuous growth of countries and the development of their workforce. We aspire to become their much-needed thought partner and catalyst of their growth and success.

We believe that talent is global and eager to serve a greater purpose. We aspire to become the main platform for talented independent consultants, a place where they can deliver their services to companies in the region while living the independent life they love.

Our Founder
Ximena Jiménez

LITup is an extension of its founder’s, Ximena Jiménez, series of endeavours in the Top-Management consulting arena. Ximena started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she focused mainly on strategy and organizational performance efforts. Ximena then started her own strategy consulting boutique serving clients in Chile and Latin America, where she developed her unique consulting and thought partnership approach.

Ximena specializes in helping leaders (company owners, boards and top management teams) optimize their strategic IQ, by structuring, guiding and facilitating the required analytical efforts, conversations and decision-making processes for their own specific context and strategic needs.

During her +20 years consulting experience, Ximena has advised over 100 company leaders across a wide range of sectors, on their most pressing strategic issues.

Ximena holds a degree in Business Management from UAI (one of Chile’s top management schools), and an MBA from the Judge Business School, Cambridge University in the UK.
She also serves as board member for private and public listed companies.
